Susan Mary Colona, of Bethesda, MD, on April 9, 2021.  Loving mother of Patti Colona Johnson (Bob), Mark Colona (Michelle) and Angela Colona Mitchell (Chris); grandmother of Grant, Brian and Kevin Johnson; Brendan, Nicolette and Brooklyn Colona; Jack, Katie and Megan Mitchell; sister of Matthew Boratenski (Estelene), Joseph Boratenski and James Boratenski (Peggy). 

Born on September 24, 1942 in Washington DC, Susan has worked with the Archdiocese of Washington since 1977 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Piscataway, MD, St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Washington DC, and recently St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Rockville, MD.

Visitation will begin at 10:30am on Friday, April 16 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 4101 Norbeck Rd, Rockville, MD 20853, where the Funeral Mass will begin at 11:30am. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, MD. Mass will be livestreamed at https://youtu.be/iXU9-TU6AKo
