Sileen Mazzetta Trolan

Sileen Mazzetta Trolan passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. She was the beloved wife of 43 years to Douglas M. Trolan. Preceded in death by her parents, Sallie and Julius Mazzetta and her sister Carol Rossi, Sileen is survived by her husband, Doug, her sister Diane Rolf and her brothers Edward, Thomas, and Mark Mazzetta.

Sileen was born in New Haven, Connecticut. She graduated from Perry Hall High School and Montgomery College with degrees in Health and Exercise Science. She was a Cosmetologist for many years and a top salesperson with two national credit bureaus. Her love of animals led her to rescue five kitties to whom she was a great mom. Sileen was a special person, vivacious and charismatic She loved music and dancing, her family and her devoted best friend, Shirley Preissler, who she thought of as a sister.  Sileen's father, Julius Mazzetta, lived with her and Doug for the last 13 years of his life.

In lieu of flowers or memorial contributions, please consider honoring Sileen's life by saving the life of a shelter animal through adoption. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
