Russell Thomas Lee Welch, of Olney, MD, on Wednesday May 5, 2021.  Beloved son of Russell P. Welch of Olney, MD and Judith Lee Welch of Huntington Beach, CA; brother of Hetta Welch; also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday, May 17, 2021 from 10:00 - 11:00am at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 2900 Olney Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD 20832, with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, MD.
