Margot Hildegard Robichaud of Ashton, MD, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 10, 2020. She is survived by her husband Joseph I. Robichaud; three sons Christopher (Yvette), Mark, and Douglas (Ashley); brother Robert Bange; and five beautiful grandchildren Alexandra, Veronica, Brady, Luke and Blake. A host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear life long friends will cherish memories of Margot.
Margot was born July 11, 1941 in Queens, New York. Her parents were Rudolph and Mathilde Bange. Margot was a talented choir singer and pianist. She attended high school then later took courses at Queens College to become a professional secretary. After working many years in New York City, she married and had three children. She became a full-time mother and homemaker, but also served as a school aid and assisted the elderly in her community. She was a devout Catholic, parishioner, volunteer and Eucharistic Minister at St. Peter’s Church in Olney, MD. She had a zest for life with a smile and laugh that was as big as her heart. She was a beautiful soul that truly wanted only the best for her family and others.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12pm Tuesday, December 15th at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Olney, MD. Interment to follow at All Souls Cemetery in Germantown, MD.
