Joy A. Parisi

Joy A. Parisi, on April 12th, 2025.  Joy was the beloved wife of 41 years to Billy Dobson; loving sister to June Burch (David Burch), Jean Parisi, John Parisi and Jim Parisi.  Also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other family members.  Joy also had her work family - too many to list.  She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Jo Ann; her sister Joan Parisi; and by special nephew Jason Burch.

Joy worked for the City of Rockville Parks and Recreation. She joined the City of Rockville when she was 18 and stayed until her passing.

Joy had a special love for dogs and is survived by Jackson and Gia.

A Celebration of Joy's Life will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, 4:30pm - 6:30pm, at the Rockville Senior Center, 1150 Carnation Dr, Rockville, MD 20850.
