John Maestros

John Maestros, 54, of Herndon, VA, passed away on March 16, 2022. 

He was born on April 25, 1967, to George and Paraskevi Maestros in Melbourne, Australia.

John attended Sivitanideious Technical High School with a degree in electrical engineering. He completed his Greek Army service where he was able to train as a radar operator.

He married Maria Maestros on August 26, 1989 and they had two children, Alexandra and George.

He worked as a network engineer.

He loved cars and speed and famously drove his beloved Camaro like a racecar driver.

John is survived by his children, Alexandra and George, his sister, Sophia, brother-in-law, Nick, his nephews, Andrea and George, and his mother, Paraskevi.  He was preceded in death by his father, George.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 21st at 10:00am at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 701 Norwood Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20905.  Internment will follow at All Souls Cemetery in Germantown, MD.
