Jeanne Geyer Sella

Dr. Jeanne Geyer Sella, age 91 of Rockville, MD, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at her home.

She was born on June 3, 1930 to Lester and Viola (Moran) Geyer who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Edward Gerard of Bound Brook, NJ, whom she married in February 1958. She is also preceded in death by her sister Leslie (Giancola) and brother David (Geyer).

Dr. Sella is survived by her two brothers Michael and Frederick, her five children Edward Geoffrey (Paula), Lisa, David (Suzanne), Mary, and John (Susan), her eight grandchildren, Edward (Savannah), Marc, Christopher (Olga), Alexander, Rebecca, Nicholas, Jennifer, and Jayson, and two great-grandchildren, Alexander and Everlee.

The family will receive friends at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Olney, MD from 10:00 - 11:00am Thursday, September 23, 2021 with funeral services immediately following at 11:00am. Burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery will follow immediately after the funeral.
