Frances Valeria Anderson

Frances Valeria Anderson, formerly of Hockessin, DE and Rockville, MD, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the age of 87.  She was born in Carlisle, PA and was the daughter of the late Edward and Gladys Praisner. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond Anderson, Jr. and son, Timothy Anderson.  She is survived by her daughters Denise Rosendall (Tom) and Mary Anderson and grandchildren Kelly Anderson, Paul Rosendall (Kelly), Scott Rosendall, and Kathleen Rosendall. She is also survived by her great grandchildren John and Ben Rosendall and many other loving family members. 

Frances was kind, generous and selflessly devoted to her family, friends and community. People were drawn to her and her husband, Ray, filling their home with love and laughter. Frances helped create so many wonderful memories for her family to cherish.  

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, beginning at 10:30 am and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am.  Interment will immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, MD.
