Elias "Louie" Pantazopoulos, fell asleep in the Lord, peacefully and surrounded with love on February 5, 2025.  He is the beloved and adored father of Penny (Paul) Lappas, Philia Swam and Georgia (Jeff) Myers.  Loving grandfather of Maria Lappas, Dimitri (Dimitra) Lappas, Alexandra Swam and Noah Myers. 

Louie is the beloved son of the late Panagiotis and the late Panagiota Pantazopoulos.  Dearly loved brother of Sotirios Pantazopoulos and Georgia (the late Kostas) Nathenas.  Adored uncle of Penny (Michael) O'Donnell, Pete Pantazopoulos, Pelagia Nathenas, John (Susan) Berberoglu, Patrick O'Donnell and Samantha Pantazopoulos.

Louie is loved by many friends here and in Arizona.  He will be greatly missed.

A Visitation for friends and family will be held at Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church of Washington, D.C., 721 Norwood Road, Silver Spring, Maryland 20905, on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 10:00am with Funeral Services beginning at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, Maryland.
