Edward Franklin Adams

Edward Franklin Adams left this world on Saturday, October 22, 2022 after 79 years.  He is survived by his wife, Lorraine, of 45 years, son Kerry Wade, daughter Patsy Dale, and grandchildren Anna, Austin, Ethan, and Aidan. 

Edward (Ed) was born in Monahans Texas, raised in Las Cruces New Mexico, and lived the last half of his life in Rockville Maryland.  He served in the US Air Force and performed with the USAF Band of the West. Afterward he enjoyed a successful career as an Information Technology Specialist in both the private and public sectors until his retirement. An enthusiast of both classical and jazz music, he then joined the Rockville Concert Band as a clarinetist. 

Ed and his wife lived a rich life filled with music and travel, both domestic and international, including visits to Canada, South America, Ireland, England, Eastern Europe, and Australia.  

Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a date to be determined.
