On Saturday 06/06/26 Dennis Ludwig of Olney, MD chose to find peace. Dennis was the son of Glenn and Nancy Ludwig (both deceased) and sister Deanna Ludwig of Little River, SC. His wife Roxanne Russo Ludwig and family Jesse and Tayton Keys, along with his precious Westies Otis and Olive, reside in Olney. He will be missed by many.

Dennis was a happy handful always willing to help out when needed and always ready to dance. When Shaggy or Brick House started to play you knew it was going to be the start of an immediate dance party. He took pride in calling the younger generation names of people that they had no idea who they were such as GOMER PYLE, PEEWEE HERMAN, JACKSON 5 and so many more.  But his favorite friends were always YOU RAT BASTARD. 

Dennis’ inability to “read the room” has given all of us that knew and loved him stories that will keep his memory alive forever. We will laugh and celebrate him because of those happy and hysterical moments that all of us were fortunate (or not fortunate) enough to be a part of.

We will be having a CELEBRATION of his life on July 11, 2026 at The Outta The Way Cafe in Derwood, MD from 2pm-7pm. Please come and share all your memories of Dennis from the happy years. We know he would prefer joy and laughter at this time instead of tears.
