Dan Jensen - A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, nephew, and friend.
Dan, age 66, passed away of heart failure at Holy Cross Hospital in Germantown, Maryland on April 28, 2020. A native of Idaho and a long-time resident of California, Georgia, and Maryland. A resident of Montgomery County for 17 years. Dan was in the Air Force for 5 and a half years in the early to mid 70s. Upon leaving the Air Force, Dan began a career in computers as a Programmer. While residing in Rockville for 10 years, Dan was an active parent volunteer in the Rockshire community.
Dan is survived by his wife, Debbie Jensen, of 39 years and his children, Brian Jensen of Georgia, Kristina Rosenau of California, Shawna Nesseltree of Oregon, Derek Jensen of Illinois, and Shelby Jensen of Maryland. Furthermore, he is survived by his grandchildren, Alexis Nesseltree of California, Hunter Nesseltree of Oregon, Dylan Jensen of Georgia and Lily Rosenau of California. Additionally, he is also survived by his sister Debi Randolph of Utah; his nieces Erin Jensen and Lauren Nickels of Missouri; his nephew Brandon Macias of Alaska; and two uncles - Bob Jensen of Nevada and Lynn Jensen of Illinois.
His very best quality was that he was a wonderfully dedicated family man.
An interment service will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
