Corinne (Clorinta) Daddio DiCosimo, age 92, passed away peacefully June 22, 2020. She was born in Bronx, New York, where she met and married her beloved husband of 64 years, Pasquale (Patsy) DiCosimo, when he was a Marine in WWII. He preceded her in death in 2010. She lived for 60 years in South Amboy, New Jersey. Corinne is survived by her daughter Jane and her husband David, with whom she lived for the last four years of her life in Silver Spring, MD and Soldotna, Alaska; and her son Robert and his wife Deana; and grandson Nicolas, of Chadds Ford, PA. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, William Daddio, Arlene Sulek, Raymond Daddio, and Linda DePasquale, and their families.
She was a member of Mt Carmel Church in Bronx, NY through 1955, then St. Mary Church in South Amboy, NJ through 2014, and St. Patrick Church in Rockville, MD
Corinne loved her family and instilled in her children strong values that have served them well. In addition to being a homemaker, she worked for many years as a seamstress, where she made many friends with whom she remained in touch over many years. More recently, Corinne was an active participant in social and exercise activities at senior centers in New Jersey and Maryland, where she had many friends.
Corinne will be interred with her husband, Pasquale, at Woodlawn Cemetery in New York City, New York.
