On Saturday, November 26th, (Carl) David Quinones, age 64, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Rohrersville, Maryland.  He is survived by his sister Lisa Payne and his long-time girlfriend Ramona Goff.  David worked as an engineer in the satellite communications industry.  He spent nearly twenty years at Comsat Corporation and finished his career at Global Satcom in Gathersburg, Maryland.  Interment will take place at noon on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, Maryland.
