Anne Bernadette (Hinckley) Walsh

Anne Bernadette (nee Hinckley) 89 years old, of Bethesda, MD and Deer Park, NY passed peacefully on February 22, 2020. Retired Guidance Office Manager from Deer Park High School; previously Assistant Receiver of Taxes for the Township of Babylon.  Beloved wife of 59 years to predeceased John J. Walsh Sr.  Devoted mother to Diane Walsh-Barberesi (Dixie), John (Maureen), Kevin (Robin) and Barbara Walsh (David Hicks).  Loving grandmother to Michael, Christina, Katie, Christie, Lauren, Kevin Jr., Stephenand Anne. Proud great-grandmother to Dominic, Juliana,Cora, Taylor, Ryleigh, Grace , Kai and Miles. Loving sister to Walter (Pat), Jerry (Maryanne), and Clare (Bob). Predeceased by brother George and sisters Dolores, Joanne, Grace, Barbara and Virginia.  Leaving a host of brothers and sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass was held St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Bethesda, MD and Internment at Arlington National Cemetery December 21, 2020.  

Anne asked that In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Operation Smile.
