Anna Maria Falcone

Anna Maria Falcone, 99, of Silver Spring, Maryland, died peacefully on January 28, 2024.  She was the beloved wife of her late husband, Lorenzo Falcone.  Anna was born in Roseto Valfatore, Italy on September 20, 1924 to Celeste and Natalino Cesare Orsilli.  She had one sibling, her beloved sister, Giusepinna Orsilli Finelli (deceased).

She is survived by her daughters Lucia Oram (George) of Williamsburg, Virginia and Celeste Moore (Robert) of Ashton, Maryland.  Anna was joyful to have two grandsons, Jonathan Moore (deceased) and Christopher Oram.  She was like a mother to her niece, Maria Finelli Hooke (Jeffrey) and like a grandmother to Joseph and Isabella Hooke.  She is survived by many beloved nieces and nephews and god-children.

Visitation will begin at 10:30am on Wednesday, February 7 at St. John the Evangelist Church - 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20902 - where the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30am.  Following the Mass, Anna will be entombed at Gate of Heaven Cemetery - 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20906.
