Rico Carpio Obituary

Rico Tagorda Carpio of Germantown, MD lost his battle with cancer on April 5, 2019. He was born on June 28, 1940 in the Philippines to Roman & Vitaliana Carpio. He received his education from grade school through Law school by the Jesuits at Ateneo de Manila. He practiced law in the Philippines before moving to the United States in 1966.

He is survived by his sisters Zita Geronimo (Rene Geronimo) and Nila Carpio, nieces Frances Pascual, Moira Carin and Natalie Bobila, nephews JR Bobila and Ronan Geronimo, grandnephews Ryan Pascual, Jacob Carin, Alexandros and Maddax Mylonas and grandnieces Rebecca Carin and Katherine Pascual.

A mass to celebrate his life will be held at 12noon, April 13, 2019 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 201 S Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
