Margaret (Skipper) Thayer of Silver Spring, MD and formerly of Bethesda, MD passed away on Sunday August 25, 2019 at the magnificent age of 90. Thayer II and was the loving mother to her sons Thomas Thayer (wife Michele) and Richard Thayer (wife Joan), grandchildren Sean Thayer (wife Tiffanie) and Ryan Thayer, and great-grand children Bronson and Kynlee.
Margaret lived a full and wonderful life, loving and caring to her family, friends and others, and was truly from 'The Greatest Generation'. She was born into the great depression, lived through WWII and subsequently attended West Virginia University in 1947.
