Jeanne Elizabeth Waters

Jeanne Elizabeth Waters of Frederick, Maryland, born February 7, 1965 in Silver Spring, Maryland, went with Our Lord on April 17, 2018. Jeanne was the youngest daughter of Jack Vincent Waters and Ella M Overbey formerly, of Rockville, Maryland. Jeanne is survived by siblings: Mary Kathleen Waters Faia of New Orleans, Louisiana; Stephen Vincent Waters of Delaware, Ohio; Therese Agnes Waters of King George, Virginia; Philip Anthony Waters of Huntsville, Alabama; John Joseph Gerard Waters of Huntsville, Alabama; Christine Anne Waters of Hagerstown, Maryland; Mark Francis Waters of LaPlata, Maryland; and many nieces and nephews. She reined love and happiness all around her and always made friends wherever she went and will be especially missed by her longtime friend Charlie “Whiskers” Wisner. Jeanne will be sorely missed by her many friends, staff at family services, and family members.

Visitation will be held at Shrine of St. Jude Catholic Church, 12701 Veirs Mill Road Rockville, Maryland 20853, on May 4, 2018 from 11:00 until 11:30 AM with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Immediately following the service, a graveside service will be conducted at Gate of Heaven cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to March of Dimes.
