Isidoro Corsaro

Isidoro Corsaro of Silver Spring Maryland passed away on Friday, July 12, 2019.  Beloved husband to Rose Corsaro (preceded in death but always in his heart), father of Anna Huntemann, Nick Corsaro, Catherine Turlik and husband Patrick. Grandfather to Mike Huntemann and wife Maureen, Caitlin and Anthony Turlik and great grandfather to Alexandra and Jack Huntemann. Also, beloved by his surviving brother-in-law Nick Quattrocchi and his many nieces and nephews. 

Isidoro Corsaro and Rose Quattrocchi married in 1956. His beloved wife, whom he called Rosa, predeceased him in death in August of 1993. Isidoro and Rose, both born in Reggio Calabria, Italy, raised their family in Silver Spring, Maryland for over 60 years.  Within the first year of his arrival to America, Isidoro studied the English language and was proud to become a United States citizen. He worked as an automotive painter at Quattro Auto body for his brother-in-law “Ike” Quattrocchi. Isidoro’s beloved extended family circled him to the end with compassion, love and care.

Visitation will be at 11am on Friday July 19, 2019 at Saint Andrew Apostle Catholic Church, 11600 Kemp Mill Road, Silver Spring Maryland 20902, where Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, Maryland.
