It is difficult when a friend or family member passes away. We’re very sorry for your loss, and we understand that you’re faced with a lot of decisions that can be overwhelming. We’re here to help you sort through the information and take some of the burden from your shoulders.

• After contacting us, we’ll help make the necessary arrangements. Some of the information we’ll need about your loved one includes:
  
• • Birth date
  • Birth place
  • Mother’s and father’s names
  • Social security number
  • Veteran’s status, discharge or claim number (if applicable)
  • Education information
  • Marital Status
  • Surviving family members
  • Occupation and special honors or awards
  • Clubs and/or organizations membership
• Contact a clergy member to decide on the details of your funeral or memorial service.
  
• If desired, select a memorial or charitable organization for donations.
  
• Make a list of friends, family and associates to contact and delegate a friend or family member to notify each person by phone. Make sure to inform them of times, addresses and memorials, if applicable.
