Svitlana "Lana" Gura of Ellicott City, Maryland, a 2016 graduate of Hamilton College. Beloved daughter of Alex and Lyudmyla Gura; sister of Iryna Dzhema; granddaughter of Halyna Hura; niece of Andy Hura; aunt of Julia Dzhema and Vladik Dzhema.

 A visitation will be held at St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 15100 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20905 on Wednesday, January 18 from 4:00 until 6:00 pm with a memorial service at 6:00 pm.  Funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's on Thursday, January 19 at 11:00 am. Burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20906.
