Beloved husband of Mary Welsh; father of Laura Welsh (Mike Spisak), Richard Welsh (Sarah), Lawrence Welsh (Monique), Christine Poole (Rob) and Charles Welsh (Tara); Grandfather of Michael Spisak, Camren, Tehilah, Victor and Raquel Welsh, Joshua and Samuel Poole, Leonidas and Athena Welsh and one grandchild on the way; brother of William Welsh, Robert Welsh and Peggy Welsh; brother-in-law of Antone Salah, Fr. Michael Salah, Frank Salah and Alex Salah; son-in-law of Alfred and Noël Salah, son of the late Charles Richard Welsh and Sybil Dorothy Greenway Welsh. 

Visitation will be at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 1513 Dunster Road, Rockville, MD 20854 on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 10:30 until 11:00 am where funeral service will be at 11:00 am. Interment private.
