Our sympathies for all the Foggo family. Great memories of baseball in the backyard all summer, football in the cold weather, meetings at Top’s drive in, and nights at Fred’s. The time everyone visited here in State College. What a guy Dave was....he will be missed. Billy & Lee

Foggo family- Dear Helen, Brendan, Shaun, and Devin.
Pat and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. We are still in total disbelief that Dave has passed.
R.I.P. my long-time friend of 40 plus years. I have so many wonderful memories to remind me of all the great times together. The white-water rafting trips, the golf trips to Florida (I always let him win), RFCMS meetings and etc, etc, etc !!! We did have a great time together. These memories will remain in my heart forever. Will miss you Buddy! Love Ya. God Bless!

To the Foggo's,
Deepest sympathies for your loss of a great man.
I knew Dave through the Young Men's Democratic Club and in various political ventures. Always the gentleman Dave was very active in his community.
I am sure he is telling a political joke to my mother (Del. Mary Conroy) as you read this. Mom was a good judge of political character and she truly enjoyed Dave and his forthright personality.
Thank you Dave for your friendship and humor. You will be sorely missed.
God Bless. Farewell my friend.

My prayers and condolences are with you at this time of loss. May you find consolation and peace in Christ who is ever near to those who are brokenhearted. May angels lead him into paradise and take him to the holy city, the new and eternal Jerusalem.

The best memories of my life are growing up across the street from Davey. Football in the Beard's backyard, roaming the neighborhood, and hanging out under the streetlight at night until our parents made us come home. Judy and I are keeping the Foggo family in our prayers. Dave, you will truly be missed.

If I said it once, I’ll say it a million times. The 70’s and 80’s were absolutely the best, funnest, safest years ever! I’m am so blessed to have grown up in those times with such phenomenal people who truly made such a positive impact on my life. Dave, Helen, Branden, Shawn and Devan were such a huge part of our family and brought much joy and laughter to everyone they came across! Lord knows I miss those days and cherish them in my heart forever! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALWAYS JOKING AND MAKING ME LAUGH SO HARD FOR SO MANY YEARS DAVE! I truly wish I’d known a couple months ago that it would be the last conversation we’d have. I’m truly grateful for it! My prayers are with your family. REST PEACEFULLY IN YOUR MANSION IN HEAVEN...until we meet again! 😊❤️🙏🏼🥂😇😘
